Shortlist is a feature that allows you to save a list of potential companies and personnel that you would like to approach.

You can shortlist companies and personnel by industry, location, job function or whichever parameters that suits best your monitoring purpose. You are encouraged to use this function after you applied filters.

To shortlist companies and personnel records, there are 2 methods to do so: bulk selection vs individual selection

Method 1: Bulk selection and shortlisting

Step 1

After applying filters, click on the checkbox next to the record column. Or, enter the desired amount of records you wish to shortlist which is based on a “first” basis. In other words, when you enter 10, you will be selecting the first 10 records of the results. Click on Apply.

Step 2

Click on Add to Shortlist. The number in the bracket represents the total count of records you have selected.

Step 3

Provide a name for the Shortlist and click Confirm to save the list
